Music Tuition with a Personal Touch

I offer lessons in piano, clarinet, flute and recorder. As an experienced choral director, I also love to support adults on a ad hoc basis preparing music for shows, concerts and theatre, including help with part‑learning and confidence building.

I’m an active member of both EPTA (European Piano Teachers Association) and ABCD (Association of British Choral Directors), and I bring over 25 years of music teaching experience to every lesson.

Who I Teach

I work with both children and adults across my week, learners should be at least aged 6+ (Year 2 and upwards). I’m a qualified and experienced primary school teacher I really do love inspiring even the youngest of starters.

Every student is different, so lessons are individually tailored — there’s no single method or fixed programme. Each session is shaped around the student’s needs, pace and goals.
